I've forgotten my password. How do I retrieve or reset it ?

If you have lost your password, you can create a new one by following these steps:

  1. 1 Go to the "Login" section
  2. 2 Click on "Forgotten your password?"
  3. 3 Fill in your e-mail address and then click on "Confirm"
  4. 4 You will receive an automatic e-mail that allows you to create a new password


From our mobile sites/mobile applications

  1. 1 Click on the "My account" section
  2. 2 Navigate to your profile
  3. 3 Click on "Forgotten your password?"
  4. 4 Fill in your e-mail address and then click on "Confirm"
  5. 5 You will receive an automatic e-mail that allows you to create a new password
