Ingredients:
250 gm ground almonds
125 gm of dry steamed figs
125 gm of sugar
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
½ tablespoon of fine semolina
½ tablespoon of baking powder
2 eggs yolks
Recipe:
Mix the ground almonds with the dry steamed figs, sugar, baking powder and orange blossom water.
Add the semolina and egg yolks until the dough is evenly mixed.
Shape balls and give the shape with a buffer mould.
Cook for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.
