We stayed the night before an early morning flight to Australia the next morning - so nice being able to just wake up, get ready, and be in the terminal within 30mins. We had a quiet, comfortable room facing the Memorial Ave. Went upstairs to the Bar for drinks and a light meal (not in the restaurant) which was good. The staff at the bar are friendly , and provide great service. From what we observed during our time there they were having a few issues with the restaurant booking system as we overheard a couple of exchanges where it seems a booking had been missed, despite confirmation - worth noting if we ever decide to eat there! Overall we enjoyed our stay and we'd definitely stay again next time we had flights at such an early hour. Thanks Mike

Kia Orana I stayed in one of the accessible rooms and found the bathroom very odd, as though it was in the middle of a R&M fixit job!! The toilet had two blocks of wood underneath is as though it might fall off the wall. There were holes in the shower wall where the seat is normally attached. It was a bit odd.

This is unusual as normally we have no issues, but we were not offered our members drinks at check in. There was a musty smell in the room coming from the bedroom, and we had to get some help from the staff to stop the toilet from continually running. Not the usual standard from Accor.
