At checkout I pay tarrif amount in cash and food amount in cash Your staff forget one bill of rs 900 ( nine hundred ) of food to take Now tell me it's who's mistake mine or your staff And then Next day when it's more than 12 hours I check out your hotel your staff called me and tell me that it's my mistake I forget to remind them that they forgetting my one food bill which I don't have to remember because you have that bills in your records Also when I told them to collect the cash from my given place they start scolding me that's it's all my mistake From last fifteen years me in job of travelling in india and abroad but I face this type of behavior and system first time that your so called mannerful staff is asking like demanding payment very very bad feeling If you want to maintain novotel image please go through it and tell your staff not to blaim guests for there own mistake Will never in my life i choose novotel n related property I m so much hurt after this incident
