When i arrived at the lobby, there was a huge smell of cigar smoke which isnot a good start. The hotel layout is huge and complicated. Directional signage terrible. I got lost twice trying to find my room. Wifi in 352 is poor with bad sihnal. Lighting switches are dated and not easy to use.

First time vacation at Sofitel Sentosa Singapore. I went to pool area and met Marcus. He provided alot of information to me. He provided warm and courteous service and made us feel at home. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with all the amenities.

Enjoyed the stay.

Great location, all the staff so very helpful and could not do nought for you. Room was great. We were on a package deal, our choices were limited, but we enjoyed the choice of food we had. Portions were more than enough.

We finished our Singapore holiday at Sofitel Sentosa - it was a perfect experience. All staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help us. Rooms were great with housekeeping attentive. Pool and fish spa were great for the kids. Breakfast and dining staff were great - extremely helpful even though was busy. We will be back!

We started off our stay bad. Yes we arrived early. As early as 12pm. However your staff just informed us that the room is cleaning and we can check in as soon as it’s done. And they will give us a call . Advised us to walk around the hotel. We did, thinking it will not take long since it’s cleaning. An hour later we went back to counter to try our luck. She gave us a different story. Claiming the guest left late hence cleaning hasn’t start. This time we waited for their call. We took a cab to Vivo. 3pm but there’s still no call. We took a cab back, wanting to withdraw this hotel stay. Open reaching, they claimed they called at 3pm but hey, HP has records. Mind you, we had a dog with us that day. And it was her birthday. Yes someone came to apologize with a red wine. Well, all the trips wasted and time wasted. Not worth at all. And there’s not even a cabbie ride for dogs when it’s a pet friendly hotel. Lastly, there’s mosquitoes at the back of the hotel. It’s not one or two. It’s a whole bunch of them circling us. The only thing we are glad, were having Zu Lee to serve us during breakfast. Overall this birthday trip for my dog and us were the worst we ever stayed in her 10 years of hotel stay. We tried all hotels for pets . This is the worst
