Staff don't know how to smile. Bad service.

We booked the room with sofa bed and asked the staff to come and set it up, but had to wait from 9pm to 11pm. One guy came and gave us a stinky curry blanket, and of course we said no. Then he returned and gave us set of bedding, and we had to set up by ourselves. I have never experienced such a bad service like this ever before. The staff at front desk didn't know how to smile, no welcome atmosphere at all.

Small Hot room

As a member I would not have expected to be given the smallest room in the hotel. There were no drawers or shelving to put our clothes, and no space for an open suitcase other than on the bed. The air conditioning did not work for the majority of our stay despite being advised that maintenance would look at this. The temperature in the room got to 30c and we hardly slept during our stay.

It is not as conveniently located compared with most of the other Ibis Styles and better grades hotels in Singapore but it also has lots of eating places within 5 minutes from the hotel and public transport is also easy to hop onto. Breakfast is also very inviting with some local favorites.
