I had the most amazing experience from check in to check out and entire stay. Staffs were great,helpful and caring,hotel was funky,room was large,spotless,modern,breakfast was great.

Overall the hotel was nice and so was my room. Unfortunately there was a leak from the ceiling that happened while I was out of the room and came back to a puddle and a wet towel. Someone came to clean it up and fix it and the same thing happened the following day. The issue was the amount of water causing a hazard for slipping and falling especially into the bathroom. What was more upsetting was the lack of concern and the lack of compensation for the inconvenience. I even had to pay for the late check out despite the leak issue.

First of all I would like to apologize regarding the leaking experience, our maintenance blocked the room later in order to avoid it to happen again in a definitive way, we are sorry for it. Also, I agree with you that if you had a problem like that we should not charge the late check-out or make a discount in our services, there was a information gap and the operational team did not report the problem to the front desk to follow with the discount policy. I just made the process to reimburse the amount of 719,25 BRL to your credit card. About the on-line check-in and the needy to go to the front desk, I also share your frustration but due to our Brazilian laws, the guest has to present a document and sign physically the register. (we were trying to make it digital also but was not accepted). I will be happy if this issues do not change the view of our service and I would be happy if you come back to our hotel again. The room rate does not match the category of expected services on a four night stay. The room did not have a coffee maker, there was no complimentary water refill. There was only one electric jug with three herbal teas that were not replenished. It should be clarified at the time of booking that breakfast is not included either.

At the same time, we were sorry for not meeting all your expectations. I have spoken with my colleagues regarding the breakfast information at the check-in and also about the herbal tea that should have been replenished. Unfortunately the water is complimentary for the first two bottles only. About the coffee machine, this feedback is very important in order for us as Hotel be aware what our guests seek in a room, so i will send it forward.
