Wardrobe door wouldn't close & light stayed on. Shower door sounded like it was going to break Hard to access powerpoints near bed. View terrible, looked at a tall concrete wall then a carpark I left the hotel at 7am on the first morning & arrived back at 4.30pm & my room wasn't made up, had to go to reception & request it to be done whilst I waited

We arrived quite early from up North and to our surprise our room was ready, the room overlooked the viaduct and was beautifully clean. We went out and on our return there was a beautiful bottle of wine, bottles of water and chocolates with a card wishing my partner a happy birthday. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us when we walked past reception. All in all a really pleasant stay and we will definitely be back.

It was a good stay since the hotel is situated at the bustling Viaduct Harbour. Got an upgrade to the next level room on request as Gold status which was nice. However, the room and the hotel in general was very tired and in desperate need of renovations. The hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant which means that guests can’t use the Accor card for discount food which is a shame. There was no recognition gift whatsoever being Gold status. The welcome drink was a bottle of juice in the fridge?!
