Staff lovely, the hotel not so much

Kqmuk TripAdvisor review

The good: location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The poor: rooms are small, there is noise from the heating pipes, there are no plugs by the beds and the breakfast is not good at all (industrial scrambled eggs being a particular low-light). I'd look at other options if I was visiting again.

We stayed here for my partner’s 40th birthday. It was within 5 minutes walking distance from the St. Enoch centre where we went for dinner and close to lots of bars. We got a complementary upgrade which we were very grateful for. The room was nice and clean and the banner and balloons were a nice touch. The reception staff were lovely. We didn’t use the bar etc so can’t comment on that. We would definitely stay again.

This is a good option for stay in Glasgow because of the central location. Room was fine though the window was facing a wall. Bathroom was average but worked. Everything seemed clean. Breakfast was also fine with sufficient choice.
