Evening meal extremely overpriced for quality Breakfast 10/10 Beds very comfortable Overall decor/paint etc rather grubby in our room / toilet seat too small for bowl Steam room noware hot enough Power in changing rooms not powerful enough you have to stand extremely close to wall Location perfect for where we needed to go nice and quiet/ gardens well looked after Reception spot on can’t do enough for you 10/10 Allow dogs 10/10

We have stayed numerous times. The staff, food location are wonderful. Everyone always goes out of their way to take care of us. We typically stay ten days, it’s our home away from home. Nicki and Linda are a joy. Massive thanks to all the staff !!

Staff were very friendly, loads of free parking convient location and fair cost. Food in restaurant was good. Room was tired and in need of refurbishment, strange smell in the corridor. Room felt like it hadn't been used recently. The room was kitted out for disabled use, so should have been kept free for a disabled guest.

Slightly disappointed by the location, as expected the hotel to be in a more rural setting, but we did actually have a room overlooking open countryside. Room was fine, though no frills, food was good quality, but what made it special was the attentiveness of staff, particularly Mert, at the bar, and Spencer in the restaurant. Both really helped my friend's birthday go with a zing!

We are located on the edge of Willerby a lovely village which itself is just outside of Hull so not rural but at the same time surrounded by farmland on one side and Waitrose and other shops on the other. Fortunately all our rooms overlook the fields and countryside and our gardens are surrounded by mature woodland which makes us a lovely haven from busy city life. Best wishes David

Hotel is OK. The wifi is terrible. With many us in the hotel and all working for a technology company the wifi was simply not able to cope. It was unseasonably cold for late April and my room was quite cold overnight. There were no instructions in the room on how to adjust the temperature of the heater which never came on. The shower pressure is also bad even by hotel standards. However the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
