Run away did not overnight ! The assigned room nor the TV did work neither the AC ( auxiliary heating in the room !) 4th time I booked a room @ this hotel since December 2023 and 3 times had issues , either TV did not meet expectations as described in Accor packahe priviledge, heating not working and substitute room offered was a triple with either folding bed falling off its cupboard or could not be hidden : while you have book a doubled standard bedded room ! Although I understand the variation in room rate as per hotel occupancy , I am not getting why because of the Paris JO's to come in july , the room rate has been increased and breakfast is not longer included . I must nevertheless say that the front staff is very professionnal and try to offer alternatives as much as they could but the encountered problems are not under their responsabilities more on a managment site.

All was good but the only thing I want to say is make sure all the amenities in the room are filled. When we came back from a day in Namur the tissue box and shower gel in bathroom were empty?!

Really nice hotel, plenty of parking and good location for daily trips in the surrounding areas. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed as a family of 4. Breakfast was very good as well. Overall very good value for money, we would happily come back in future .
