The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags while we visited the Keukenhof Gardens. The room was comfortable and we slept well the night we were there. There is a grocery store and public transportation close by.

The location is close to bus/tram stations, the room is comfy and clean. My room does not face the street, it faces the residential buildings and is very quiet all the time. There are two Ibis hotels in the same block, a bit confusing, but I prefer this one.

A nice little hotel with friendly staff. The room was cleaned nicely every day. Very nicely located with quick access to light rail but also quick to walk to the central station. Not the greatest variety in breakfast but it worked.

The room 004 design is a bit hard to use, i cant fully open my flight case in the room due to it’s awkward room design.

Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and very nice. The location is perfect, right next to a tram station and walking distance to different attractions. The only down side was that the lightning in the room was quite dark.
