This Ibis is great, I always stay here when down in London. It's so central and is always great value. The staff are so nice and the rooms are comfortable. Always made to feel incredibly welcome in the big city. There are so many other hotels to choose from but this will always be my favourite for customer service, comfort and convenience. See you again soon!

Ok but expensive for what you get. The provision of milk (quantity) and quality of beverages in room is poor. The provision of TV channels/apps is very poor. We were unable to access even iPlayer and had limited viewing choices.
