I was very pleased with the facility but room was located at first floor even though I had requested higher floor as I have read previous reviews lower floors were more affected by the noise outside. My four year old sleeps at 19:00ish so need a quieter room. When I arrived they said they could not give me higher floor but gave me a room with bigger size but room was directly up the restaurant…Loved the aspect of having a pool but pool was small and water was icy cold.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were sines to the reqard programme and had fun spinning the wheel game we thought it was a great initiative to engage specially with the children, we did not see that everywhere else, super friendly staff great service, pool is a bonus for the kids, we were able to store our bags we like to praise the reception team, we will be back surely.

My stay was great! Warm welcome from the reception team and the rest of the staff were lovely. Looking forward to returning soon next year. Big thank you to all the reception team! The swimming pool was also a nice place to relax at the end of the day.

All you need, just needs a little refreshing. Carpets very stained. Shower head did not work properly. But super friendly staff and a good location for work.
