We used this hotel as a base during the last two weeks in April when traveling around Vietnam. The rooms are well appointed, the beds the most comfortable we have experienced in any hotel, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Linh booked a wonderful jeep tour for us and Anh was helpful in providing a room upgrade.

The staff were very good and ensured my sick partner was well cared for, they helped source a doctor and followed up afterwards
