Being an Accor member for the past 20+ years this is the most disappointed that I have ever been. It was a waste of my complementary night and to my discuss, then had to pay extra for the night this resort/motel is not worth the money and I will NOT be staying there again nor recommending it. I am also disappointed with Accor by promoting such a place, I did not feel that this place was neither constructional nor safe to be staying at. (1) Pool gate doesn’t lock (noncompliant with OH&S also council safety regulations) (2) No hot water over Sink for washing up utensils. (3) Floor so unlevel that the bed moved overtime my grandson sat on it or layed to go to sleep each time he moved so did the bed. (4) No swipe card to get back into the resort after hours (have to wait for staff to open the door) (5) We arrived at around lunchtime expecting to have lunch. Restaurant not opened had to then find somewhere to eat and have a drink.

Dear Christine, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Firstly I do apologies we haven't been able to meet your expectations. We are already looking at ways for the bed not to move. The movement is because of the wheels. We have fixed in a gajet to the wheel so that it will not move anymore. Some of the points mentioned here are a bit confusing. 1. Our entrance through the pool gate is open during dinner service and the team locks it at 21:00hrs. This gate is never open. 2. Our sink has the option for cold and hot water. We have not had issues on hot water as we have our own hot water system for each floor. 3. We do have a touch card system at the entrance where the main door opens automatically. There is no need for staff to open this. The guests has to just touch the key for the door to open. 4. Our hotel does not serve lunch, its only breakfast and dinner. This is also on our website and the welcome letter we give you on arrival. However we do apologies if you faced inconvenience with these matters. We wish you had mentioned any of these during your stay so we could have helped you on these. We hope you consider coming back to our hotel as we would make sure you are well lookedafter. Clean but not a great experience

The rooms are newly decorated but not thoroughly cleaned. Our tables clearly had not been wiped as there were drink marks and sticky residue on them. The wifi did not work at all the entire time which is very frustrating for an international traveller. The second night our room keys didn’t work and they couldn’t get any to work for us. We basically were locked into our room and couldn’t leave or we would have to keep getting them to let us in. Nothing was offered to us for all the troubles. I felt they could have at least offered breakfast or something to compensate. Staff never even apologized for any issues. Overall I would not return to this hotel. Staff seemed like they could care less about their guests. I am disappointed.

Quite enjoyable..no coffee or coffee pods on arrival had to ask for them ..spa great but 20 minutes to fill as water pressure weak ..
