The location is great, next to Central World and Platinum Mall. The staff (K.Mi) is very nice and friendly. She assists very well and supports throughout our stay. The room is big with comfy bed, amenities and nice view of the park and Central World.

location is very good. Didnt get the free upgrade and have to top up TH1700/ night for Suite. i was told that the next free upgrade is not entittled for suite room. Ms Cara from executive lounge is helpful and gentle. pleasant smile and attentive. Mr Affan is attentive and courteous and even suggest a good halal restaurant. Thank you Cara

James was our server when we went to the lounge. He was very warm and welcoming and we really enjoyed having a small talk with him. The lounge was also very cozy and ambience was great. Will recommend for everyone to pass by this lounge if Novotel Platinum is your hotel of choice :)

we went there around 10pm. Mr. James was the one who assisted us. He was the one cleaning the lounge, he was also there to accommodate us to take our order, and he was the one who made our drinks. What an all around staff!! very polite. really enjoyed the lounge because of him.
