As such hotel is good, but facilities are not maintained. AC is noisy and also the reception staffs are unskilled. It took them 40 minutes to generate GST invoice. The invoice was also incomplete

It was a pleasant stay, we booked for 2 days but extended the stay for 2 more days. We did online check-in and arrived at 6:00 pm at the property, the keys and room were ready, and also received a Welcome Drinks voucher being a silver Accor member, and a few snacks kept in the room. In-room experience met the expectation as well and when required any help from Room service they were fast in assisting. We booked a half-board package and we were not disappointed with the quality of the food which was offered. During our stay, the variety of food was also getting updated. The restaurant staff were courteous and helpful, though some of the staff at the reception were not smooth with redeeming Accor Points. *not all staff. Security Staff were also helpful with the luggage handling. Special mention to Mr. Samaksh Kamelellu, he helped us with a few printouts and points redemption during our stay. Lastly, IBIS property in general should work on the plug points in their rooms at any property we get only 2 plug points. I will highly recommend this property if you are planning your stay around Wakad or Hinjewadi.

Its been a pleasure experience in ibis. The housekeeping staffs( ajith , sriyash, manoj, bajrang and sapon) are very friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend ibis. Whatever we required they all are just a call away and never hesitated to serve.
