I stayed here for 10 days while my company organised I residence visa for me. It was a great experience and the hotel is excellent. The staff at this hotel are all excellent and really make it good. Although they were all good I want to give a special mention Nadun, Dhiraj and Dilahan at the pool bar they were excellent. Also the lady who does housekeeping on level 5 she was unbelievably good at her job. Also Kushen at the Belgian bar in hotel was awesome service and credit to the hotel!

The room has the look and feel of student accommodation with laminate flooring which is damaged, a wardrobe with no door, and not a drawer in sight. The sofa is a built in bench with pleather seat pad and an upright wooden back...to top this the TV was the smallest I have seen for many a year...I guess it was 32inch if that....

Smooth check-in and check-out. I requested an hour late checkout which they approved even during Eid Holidays. The Pool and Jacuzzi are good. The new thing that I came to know is that guest can warm their food in the microwave even located on the ground floor.
