Was told when I checked in that it was £10 additional charge for the Dog for the whole stay. The day I checked out I was charged an extra £30 and the hotel wouldn't budge on this. The hotel said that this was due to the extra cleaning needed. My Dog doesn't malt and is small. The bed wasn't changed Al week, there were marks all over the floor, and the general attention to detail with with cleaning in the toilet was poor. In fairness to the hotel, I didn't actually raise the cleanliness issues with anyone. The location was perfect.

This is certainly budget. Good location and clean, sure, but a few free teabags, hot water and milk would allow the chain to use the term 'hospitable'. The front desk people were either fantastic or uncommunicative.
