Convenient location but externally not nice. Gloomy covered street entrance and smokers always at the door. Room clean and quiet, elevator always took time to arrive. Breakfast ok.

The location of this hotel is really good. The apartment was spacious, quiet, clean and very well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We had a great time staying here and will definitely return.

Good location with good view on Eiffel Tower and decent space On the other hand, hardly reply on telephone, no slipers, bathroom sink plugged from check in, and no handsfree shower head, bedroom lamp not working, all issues reported no offer for upgrade

Great view but bad apartment

This is our third time staying at this hotel. The reason we always pick this hotel is because of its location and the uninterrupted views of the Eiffel tower. But this time our stay was horrific. To start with the Air con didn't work and it only emitted hot air, which made the apartment unbearably hot. We could barely sleep due to that. The second day, the kind receptionist gave us two fans just to cool the bedroom down. The sink in the toilet leaked badly and so did the shower. When we tried to load the dishwasher on the last day, the entire dishwasher collapsed and fell over, luckily my friend held it before it fell on her foot and crushed it. The kitchen had no coffee pods or a starter pack like most apart hotels provide. The crockery and cutlery were all very worn out and chipped. Overall the apartment needs a lot of maintenance work and the staff need to care a bit more. Also, if you plan on buying breakfast, it absolutely not worth it. It is very basic and there were only paper plates and no real cutlery or plates.

9 not a 10 as the washer and dryer were not contactless paid for, they needed coin (they accept paper money but was not working) still contactless payment system should be installed.
