Receptionist was very helpful. The pillows are SO BIG. But when I asked the receptionist, he was able to supply a smaller, less dense pillow which was helpful and meant I had a better sleep on the second night. The TV is a nightmare! The remotes need to be changed. You can’t easily find a channel or know what is on!!! Bedding very thin for these cooler nights. Unfortunately I had a room next to a family who seemed to occupy two rooms and allowed their children to run from room to room and play around in the corridor until past 10pm! Maybe guests who have said they are staying on business should be placed in a different, quieter area? Great that the parking is free for guests. Great location and easy to get into London from here.

The room had an awful smell cigarette burns on the floor the tv barely worked and the bunked above our heads was a pain was given dirty pillow when I asked for a spare as my husband had just came out of hospital was in room 32 and the window was damaged .
