Just enjoyed another lovely break at ibis Brighton City Centre - Station and everything was perfect! Received a great friendly greeting from staff on reception on our arrival. Check in and check out were, as expected, stress free and simple. All staff that we met were wecoming and friendly. We look forward to staying here again the next time that we visit the area.

Rip off and bad customer service

An awful place with no customer service skills and a worse hotel experience than a hotel inspector related one. Asked to have cancelled as the advertised rooms don't accommodate the right amount of people and they just claimed sorry have your money now, so bugger off. Never will go anywhere near them again and as for booking.com a joke as well. Credit card was used so therfore will be raising a dispute. Terrible avoid better places to stay that don't rip you off.

Terrible, no working lift, no working iron, noisy, smelt awful
