Not very well-maintained. I had a faulty iron for my room, where the water leaked, causing a puddle on the floor of my room. Electricity + water is never a good combo, so I requested for the iron to be replaced. The housekeeping guy came, walked into the room WITH his shoes on, checked the iron and only guided me to fill the iron half full. He did not replace it. Neither did they replace the towel which I had to use to wipe off the puddle on the floor. The iron continued leaking. Breakfast on the next day was not pleasant either. The egg counter was slow, and we were served bad roasted potatoes. We stopped eating, worrying of food poisoning.

Our recent stay at Pullman Hotel Kuching was nothing short of exceptional, providing us with the perfect short escape to celebrate my husband's birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. One of the highlights of our experience was the unexpected room upgrade we received upon check-in. It was a delightful surprise and added an extra layer of excitement to our stay. One of the most heartwarming moments of our stay was seeing how much our baby loved the bed. It was a joy to watch as he giggled and rolled around in pure delight. It was also his first experience in a swimming pool, and we couldn't have chosen a better place than Pullman. The pool was impeccably maintained. As a wife and mother, I couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Pullman. Not only did it provide the perfect setting for my husband's birthday celebration, but it also offered a delightful escape for our little family.
