On the whole, the stay was okay for us. The check-in went smoothly and the breakfast was also good. Unfortunately, our room was very noisy, so we woke up several times at night because we could hear the staff in the stairwell. Also our request to have more small towels in the room (one small towel for two people) was only followed up after the 3rd request.

room is spacious and clean. maybe can have one umbrella in each room so we do not need to head to the lobby to borrow when it rains. and realise there are no more umbrellas available. location is good. cross a bridge and we get to pavilion mall. and the bridge links to KLCC that links to Suria. both are huge malls.

Staff are very friendly, customer service was top notch. However the amenities may need to be renewed as most of the towels seems to be tearing apart
