The hotel is a bit old design, shower head and water mixer is old style and make ít very difficult to have the temperature you want. On the good side, the hotel is located right at the center of Tokyo.

I am well delighted with my stay in the hotel, as the hotel is situated near the subway station for easy access around Tokyo. The front office staff are all very helpful with my concerns, special mention to Ms. Estelita Kai, who made my stay unforgettable. The front office personnel were all warm and accommodating, kudos for making the foreign guests feel welcome in Tokyo. Breakfast was splendid and different from the usual Japanese buffet we had in previous hotels in Nagoya and Hokkaido.
