Great stay for a business trip, easy to access, close to the station

It was so nice to stay away for business and be greeted by a warm and friendly reception team. It set the tone for a really good trip. Excellent staff wherever we encountered them from having dinner, the bar and breakfast the next day. The menu was a surprise - in a good way and the special of grilled hake was delicious, my colleague is still telling me how good the pizza was! The room was a delight and comfortable and we were so grateful for the overnight parking onsite too.

I had an absolutely delightful experience during my stay at Novotel Bristol Centre. The hotel’s central location made it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The friendly and welcoming staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Gemma and Selena, in particular, provided exceptional service that truly made my stay memorable. The comfortable beds allowed for a good night’s rest, and the blackout curtains ensured a peaceful sleep. But what truly stood out was the excellent food! The breakfast spread was diverse, and the bar staff were attentive and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Novotel Bristol Centre to anyone visiting Bristol. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll find this hotel to be a perfect choice. Gemma, Selena, and the entire team deserve a big thank you for their warm hospitality!
