Friendly welcome at check-in. Asked if I had stayed before and both agreed as it was pre-Covid it didn't count. Room clean, good bed - exactly what I wanted. Cheers guys!

Rock hard chair

Dissatisfied Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

The main problem is that the chair next to the table is made of hard plastic. I have no idea what was going on in the heads of the people who decided that a hard chair was a good idea. Clearly then don't much like their customers. It was one of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. It reminded me of the chairs at bus shelters designed to be so uncomfortable that people won't want to stay there long. I had to sit on the bed for a whole evening. I understand it's a budget room but that's no reason to provide fundamentally uncomfortable seating. I won't be using your hotel again.

Good value for money

The room is quiet and spacious and has all the essentials. On day 2 the housekeeping forgot to clean our coffee cups and disposed our bottled water so we had to buy another bottle. The key cards never worked so every day we went all the way to the room and back to the reception to have new keys registered. Lastly but most important, the hotel is completely cashless and it is not clearly stated on their website. I would not have booked if I knew beforehand.
