I've stayed in a few in recent years but this hotel sticks out in terms of friendliness of staff, comfort, quality of food and last but not least spa facilities. Just lovely! Keep it up!!

Good but let down slightly by a 20 minute wait for a gluten-free roll at breakfast (the cook forgot about it) and a 2-day wait to get a lightbulb replaced.

I never get my invoice e-mailed to me, even though the person at the front desk always promises to e-mail it to me. This has happened multiple times. I know you have my e-mail address because you always send me this survey.
