Great stay. Only disappointment was when I booked I requested a balcony room overlooking courtyard. Was told yes I could. We were in 270 at back overlooking trees! Room was fine so I didnt complain but was disappointed. Hotel and staff all lovely & would stsy again.

Bathroom was disgusting in that the shower and hand basin drains were blocked by hair/slime and did not drain properly resulting in standing in a pool of other peoples water which overflowed the chrome strip intended to contain the water. the shower curtain was not wide enough and was too short to bathroom floor from water. I know we had one of your cheaper rooms but this is just a case of basic maintenance and hygiene.

Ideally located extremely close to the middle of town, on flat ground with fantastic views of the lake. The hotel was very clean, courteous professional staff, good food and drinks offerings. Rooms are well appointed and of a good size, reasonably priced for the location.
