From a brand like Novotel, there was basic expectation of service. The breakfast place was over crowded and no staff did anything to make the experience pleasant. At the live counter, the guy making omelette, replied very rudely that he cannot make omelettes due to large crowd. While I understand that, but the same message could have been conveyed in a better manner, than saying it in a rude way and with a 'frustrating look on the face'. Even the room service for coffee was not pleasant. This is the reason I am rating my experience as 'neutral'.

Excellent services from Sarina and Renuka and Nan in the restaurant of the novotel word trade centre in Dubai. They are able for excellent services and so friendly. We are often going to this hotel for business and also vacation. The staff of hotel and especially those ladies are so nice. Thanks to all We had a nice time .

I recently stayed at Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai for the fourth time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I must give a special shoutout to Chef Vijay for his kindness and support. He made me the most delicious pancakes, and his warm hospitality truly made my day. What impressed me even more was the quick response and assistance from the entire team, especially during the recent storm. They were there to help without hesitation, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai for an exceptional stay experience.

warm welcome and availability of the staffs. Comfort of the room, variety of the breakfast buffet - animation at the Blue bar in the evening + the divine spa experience all together made it a perfect stay. Special thanks to the Front Office staff who made the check-in smooth with a late night arrival. Thank you Anoop for the efficiency of service at the property, it is always an amazing experience.
