The room was very clean, a bit small but I was not spending much time there. It was missing maybe the basic of utilities: tissues, and kettle with coffee/tea. Toilet paper was super thin, not very good quality. Shower gel was alright, shower was spacious, a bit uneasy to handle the hot/cold water but not drastically so managed ok. The room was really hot and air conditioning was not working. Didn't sleep well first until I opened the windows the next days - even though during the night i was closing them for noise and the room was getting hot again but cooler from having had the windows opened (Room 2914). Breakfast was good. Several choices, good quality - maybe the hot food was not on the most practical side to reach - but i think there was for everybody, and space to seat. I enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was nice, polite and helpful. The location was very good to get to the offices I needed to go (5mn walk). It was quite quiet, couldn't hear the other rooms, slightly the doors in the corridor but otherwise quite peaceful and felt safe.

I had a very nice stay in the ibis hotel Parkstadt Schwabing. The room had a decent size, was well cleaned, it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. One has to get used to the split of small toilet and actual bathroom within the room. For me it wasn’t easy to use the mixer tap in the shower. So the water felt like it was either boiling hot or ice cold. The complimentary water was a good idea - better to be offered with a bottle opener together. Or to use bottles with a twist cap. There is a gym - though a bit tiny.
