Shower is in the the bedroom with a clear glass door - NO Privacy. The hand basin is actually in the bedroom! No where for damp towels The toilet is a box room in the bedroom that is smaller that a broom cupboard, door has no lock or catch and won't close. Extremely embarrassing! There is a night club immediately opposite the hotel which opens at 12 midnight and shuts at 6am!!!! Constant noise through out the night! It is 25 euros each way by taxi to get to Bilbao city centre. This is the worst hotel we have stayed in and Ibis / Accor should be ashamed to offering this accommodation.

The room was horrible, toilet with the door that can't be closed, and a shower in the bathroom were a surprise, because they aren't reflected on the pictures at the website.
