The rooms and bathroom are dated. But the first was that I found cockroaches running inside cupboards and bathroom. I quickly took away my clothes abd kept inside locked bags. The breakfast had limited choice and crowded. The conceirge was good. The check in was delayed abd took 20 mins.

Poor service. Pullman is supposed to be a quality brand…. Not in that case! Here are the problems I faced: - it took more than 20 minutes to get my suitcase in my room… and the suitcase arrived after i called the reception desk and asked why it’s taking so long. The lobby of the hotel was not very busy and the bellboy even less busy. - they tried to charge me for breakfast while my booking included breakfast. It’s never nice to have an argument in the morning before breakfast… And when they acknowledged they made a mistake, no apologies. I guess it’s normal to treat customers poorly - i’m a member of the loyalty program with Gold status. When you have a Gold status, they have to upgrade your room (the hotel was far from full) and offer you a welcome drink. I got none of those. What’s the point of being part of a loyalty program if you’re not rewarded for your loyalty? - the day before my arrival i book a room but i made a mistake in the dates. So it’s considered as a no show. I accept that as it’s my mistake. Nevertheless i wrote an email to the hotel (to Mrs Khaunrak) to ask for a commercial gesture. They never answered my email. That shows how little consideration they have for customers! Overall the experience was really poor. The hotel infrastructure is ok though. They’ve lost a customer today.

sriramhary Business - TripAdvisor review

Stayed for for 4 nights on a recent business trip. Couple of occasions, found small cockroaches (or what looked liked them) running around in the bathroom which is not acceptable at all for a 5 star hotel. Later I heard that one or my colleagues also faced issues with bedbugs as well!! So this seems like a widespread problem. The rooms looks also a bit dated. The breakfast was ok and on some days it was really crowded. Otherwise found the hotel to be ok and it has plenty of restaurants in the areas to pick from.

Used to come to Bangkok every year (before Covid) and typically stayed at the Pullman first. It remains a reliable and comfortable place in a convenient location on Silom.
