This was a trip for the APSC conference and family tour to Dubai. The hospitality was good. It was nice to meet people from Nepal here. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was nice. The location is favorable for travel to Dubai main attractions. The hotel staffs are friendly specially Abin Lama, Karla, Majidu, chefs- Naveen and Jordan

A few elements that can be considered: Rooms are small, and bathrooms are very small. Breakfast can do with fresh dates and figs. Breakfast was very basic compared to other hotels in the same price range. Water in bathrooms was not refreshed daily and nor was any coffee available only tee. Reception and valet can assist guests better in sourcing a Dubai-metered taxi. Guests without a Dubai phone number cannot access the Taxi App.

We were working at a conference at DWTC and this hotel could not have been better located! You didn’t even have to come outside. Great service at this hotel, staff friendly and very clean! I would def stay here again

Near to metro station , but have little activites
