We booked as a stop off on a long journey. Arrived at 1am to a safe enclosed car park at the services. We were offered a coffee or hot drink upon arrival even though it was late (nice touch guys) ! Room was large and clean and bright with coffee and tea. Super large fluffy towels. Extra pillow. Slept like a log. Very quiet and peaceful. Check out we were offered another hot beverage. A large comfortable modern lounge. Pool table. Annika was really professional, authentic and hospitable. Obviously trained well by the team. Amazing service and surprisingly good value. It could do with a bit of a refurb in the rooms. The art work was a bit scruffy. Overall 5stars Highly recommend
