2 nights in this hotel the the staff was lovely, very helpful, even bringinG me a more comfortable chair as because of a medical condition I found the room. Chairs 32 hard for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the breakfast was. Its a great budget hotel with t He plus of first rate staff.

Although first appearance of crisp, white sheets were clean, the mattress topper was not and had small black marks/flakes as well as hair strands when I checked. I reported issue and another room offered which was no better. No follow up to check situation.

I am happy with us checking the room together, and we did talk about the bits on the bed not being dirt but just general wear. I did explain that we may move you rooms and you find the next mattress topper to also have signs of wear as none of the mattresses in the hotel are brand new. We did move you rooms as a good will gesture and heard no feedback back from yourself. We appreciate your sharing your comments.
