Room Was clean but Didn't have fridge or bottles of water in room and the noise outside from building work could be heard all day didn't sleep well overall is worse Novotel I've stayed in having stayed in quite a few .. has put me off using novatel in the future

Every member of staff we dealt with was very friendly and helpful making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was very nice and room clean and comfortable. Location is great as well. Bonus was the Bluetooth speaker in the room.

Had a great stay at novotel glasgow. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, breakfast was good, location was great. If I had any complaint it was that one of the lifts was broken so we had to wait 15(!) minutes for it to be empty enough to get our bags down, then had to drag them outside and down the street to get to the car park on foot as the other lift doesn't go to the car park. The lift was out of action all three nights of our stay and it made getting in and out of the hotel a bit of a pain. Other than this, stay was very pleasant and would return again.

Excellent time in Glasgow

The Glasgow Central Novotel is ideally located a short walk from stations. Welcome from reception staff and quick check in experience. Room v comfortable and clean. Building works going on opposite but as we were out most of the day did not disturb us. Breakfast was a bit pricey but very good. if booking made in advance then slightly cheaper. As we were staying 2 nights we opted not to have room cleaned during stay. Great eco initiative from Accor and we gained 100 Accor points. Check out v quick and efficient.
