Decent Stay - but some issues.

Stay was good as the hotel is conveniently and centrally located. While the hotel was clean and in good condition, I did have some qualms. - It was rather annoying for one of the elevators to be closed for maintenance for the entirety of our stay. - Being given a sign in the bathroom to keep the door closed because the shower steam could trigger the fire alarm was bizarre. Guests should not be liable if the exhaust fans in bathrooms are not efficient at doing what they are supposed to do, nor should they be liable for the hotel installing low quality smoke detectors that can distinguish between steam and smoke. - Furthermore, as a Gold Member of Accor, no member of staff offered me any of the perks that I would normally be entitled to.

Room satisfactory. Staff were helpful and friendly. The best part was the buffet breakfast which was the best that I have had.

I purchased my accommodation online and order some extra services at the time. Front of house staff charged me again for these services without my knowledge and when I checked the bill at check out and informed them of the issue I was told it would take six weeks to refund the over charges. This is not acceptable it should have been reversed and sent to my bank account straight away.
