Enjoyed the quality of breakfast which is very important to global travelers. The room was very clean. The towels were a little old but clean. But that is low on my priority list. I wished there were a few more electrical outlets near the bed stand. The staff were very helpful and nice. That is important. Thank you.

Had a good staying, but in my opinion the room does not keep the same quality seen on the lobby and public areas of the hotel, such as restaurant and gym. Would mention Paula and Ezequiel as staff members who were really helpful.

A bad experience! Specially due to the low quality of the reception team. People not prepared to attend the guests. Also, a horrible experience in the restaurant. The food was cold and not well prepared. In shor it was a bad experience in this hotel. It should not use de the brand Novotel.

Convenient but far from a Novotel standard

Lack of cleanliness, I had to ask for another room due to cleanliness issues. I saw a cockroach walking on the looby bar one night. Furniture is old and bed uncomfortable, linens with poor quality and no technology available whatsoever. You. can't connect your phone near the bed only a few outlets available on entire space. I won't stay here again.
