I am one of the regular guests at this hotel. But not anymore. Got really disappointed in January and April visit. Forget about the carpark. Arriving midnight? No parking space. Whole family had to walk back from the nearest carpark to the hotel. Safety of my family was put into danger middle of night. Carpet in the wholeways and rooms are not clean. Tables in the lobby had a stain of drinks. Not sure when was the last time cleaned. Breakfast is not ans before. Short staffed. Management is just cost cutting. Lots of stuff are taken from the rooms. List goes on

Well located, very convenient to shop or to meal.

The staff were very helpful. However, the room which was a wheelchair accessible room included a bed that was not easily usable for a personal hoist as there was a solid base under the bed. The bathroom was reasonably designed however we were unsure if there were some plumbing issues in the hotel as there was an occasional unpleasant odour in both our and my wife's carers bathrooms. The restaurant was limited in opening hours and food options. The quality of the meals was variable, from very good to very average. Having stayed at this hotel many years ago it was quite disappointing to see the decline in standards. I suspect that staffing issues in the restaurant may have contributed. Again, some meals and service were good and some not so good. It is a pity that a snack/coffee service is not available during most days.

Good location, not the cleanest. Cold shower the last day.

When I arrived there was rubbish including a pretzel on the floor on Level 4, 6 days later it was still there. The last day also the water for the shower wouldn't warm up even after running it in hot only for 5+ minutes. Check out I didn't get an invoice because of new software... Still waiting for an invoice.
