Stayed for one night with 2 dogs, although hotel has not been renovated, the room was clean and tidy. Water from the sink was leaking a bit and shower head was not working 100% but otherwise all good. Smooth check-in, not even much noise from the airport- I’ve expected it to be much worse based on some other reviews.

Bed bug infestation, do not stay here!

I checked in online and did not receive an email with a room number and code for my stay. On arrival at the hotel the reception was closed the bell was not working to alert the night duty person. The electronic check in terminal at the entrance was out of service and also the vending machines. The emergency hotline number were unsure how to help me and after a conversation of around 10 minutes they asked me to call back. After another wait of around 5 minutes a worker opened the reception and after a long search in the computer eventually checked me in to a room. I was very disappointed as I have stayed here before with no problems.

Really disappointed. The standard has dropped significantly since I started to stay here 15-20 years ago. Small things, no paper to print out my invoice, vending machine could not dispense drinks, main light and light underneath TV shelf not working in my room. The generally cleanliness both inside and outside the hotel could be better. Looking forward to an improvement on my next stay...
