It was 10 degreus Celsius outside and in our room felt like 30, there was no AC, the hotel staff was terrible. We were in our honey moon, it was devastating that our so beloved dream to meet Paris was destroyed by this hotel

stayed for 2 nights originally until air strike and manage to book another day, room was clean and tidy- breakfast was a bit of a scramble, too many people in a small place, bar staff were very attentive, but could do with getting Bacardi in the bar

Easy to get to by bus from Gare du Nord, delighted to get an early checkin for a clean, quiet, comfortable room on Saturday. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time, especially the bread, cheese, ham and madeleines! All staff I met were very pleasant and helpful. Planning to come back in September. Thank you!

No drinking water given in the room . We tried to get even 500ml everyday , but in vain . We were advised to buy water from the machine installed in the lobby .
