The staff at Hunter Square are absolutely fantastic, when booking I’d forgotten to ask for an accessible room, this was no problem for the gentleman on duty, he managed to find me one on Easter weekend, all of the other staff members i interacted with were so helpful. The only downside was the breakfast, not the staffs fault they can only work with what they’re given, c’mon Ibis I know you’re considered a budget chain but even Travelodge have a better breakfast offering

The location of the hotel is great for the sights of Edinburgh and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was compact and perhaps a little small and I found the room too warm. The room itself though was standard Ibis and fine.
