There is almost no vegetable for breakfast in the morning, it could be good to have some and new bottle fo water in the room when the previous is run out. The staff is very nice, very helpful.

It's ok and convenient. Room was not cleaned. Food at the restaurant in the evening not great. Breakfast super nice.

Not The Best Stay in a Novotel

As a gold member we received no room upgrade at check-in , first room we were allocated was overlooking a row of rubbish bins, we asked to change rooms which we did, second room there were issues with the shower, mostly having cold water only, on one occasion, without any notification from the hotel there was no water at all, in addition the toilet cistern kept running after flushing which was only stopped by intervention by us. This was brought to attention of staff, but these problems were not resolved. Overall, we are sorry to say out of all the Accor Group Hotels we have used this particular hotel was very very expensive and disappointing,
