This is a testament to our dedicated housekeeping staff who work tirelessly to ensure our guests' comfort. However, we are truly sorry to hear about the disturbance you experienced due to noise. While we strive to offer a peaceful environment, we recognize that at times, external factors may impact the tranquility of our rooms. In response to guest feedback, we do offer earplugs at the reception to help mitigate any inconvenience caused by noise. We are also extremely concerned to hear about the incident involving room access. Please rest assured that guest privacy and security are of utmost importance to us, and we continuously work on reinforcing our protocols to ensure such situations do not occur. We're also glad that you experienced the friendliness of our staff and a swift check-in process, which we pride ourselves on. We appreciate your comments regarding the room and understand that while you found the room quiet, the size of the room and bathroom presented a challenge. Our hotel design aims to maximize space efficiency, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the air conditioning, we are aware of the noise concerns and are looking into ways to enhance guest comfort while ensuring a pleasant room temperature. It's a pleasure to know you enjoyed the shower and had a comfortable night's sleep on our Sweet Bed by ibis. Although we do not offer in-room coffee machines, we provide kettles upon request at the reception to ensure our guests can enjoy a hot beverage at their convenience. Lastly, we're thrilled that our breakfast buffet with its variety met your expectations and contributed to a positive start to your day.
