No frills Ibis Hotel, Clean and and Spartan! Coffee and Mini fridge, slippers, not available! The use of one time paper cups in the bathroom is distasteful, as I use it to hold our toothbrush and toothpaste. The AC was central controlled and was not functioning even though I had requested AC in my room. This was our first Ibis experience, the rates are comparable with other hotels, due to allergies. hardwood floors were the reasons for our selection. The breakfast buffet is standard fare.

Great service but room is small. Bathroom is tiny Good breakfast. Frida and Francesco in from office and Caleb in breakfast are very welcoming. Frida went above and beyond.

The toilet is tiny, but that is something that I knew and expected. When I left the printer was not working so the receptionist asked me if he could just sent me the receipt by email. 5 days later and I have not had a receipt. I also made a request for it through your website and still no receipt / invoice.

Visited Brussels for a couple of days to see Belgian friends and take in some football. Decent city centre location just a couple of hundred yards from the metro. Usual ibis decore and layout. Comfortable beds for a decent sleep. Fair breakfast on offer with both hot and cold options. Worth a stay if looking for a budget price hotel.
