My spouse and I enjoyed our 5-day stay at the Sofitel Hotel, Lisbon, Portugal. The hotel's decor and ambiance were consistent with modern Portugal. Our room with a view was excellent and exceptionally clean. The breakfasts spanned Portuguese and American cuisine. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. In particular, Ms. Christina Cirjak, was very helpful by contacting us when our room was ready, given our early arrival. This hotel offers a great location on a tree-lined avenue with an underground metro and multiple restaurants. We intend to visit Lisbon again and plan to stay at the Hotel Sofitel. Thanks very much!

not your typical Sofitel- more like a Mecure! They try hard, but i dont think they understand the Sofitel product handbook. The rooms are not very nice = certainly not Sofitel Quality more mecure. Staff are friendly and try hard., however it needs a re think! of a re branding. We certainly would not stay there again, as so many other options for same price or cheaper. If your a sofitel client. this one will disappoint.

We enjoyed our time at the Sofitel very much. The location of the hotel is very good, you reach the center of Lisbon within minutes, plus the area where the hotel is located is beautiful. The hotel by itself is very nice, the rooms are convenient & good. The restaurant is highly to recommend, we had an amazing dinner there, plus the breakfast has been every day a perfect start of the day. Best, Bernd
