We travelled with our family. The hotel is well located and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were a bit outdated and the bed was squeeking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall the experience was good.

First time visitor to Vienna and I chose the hotel through ACCOR. Nice, large room with all the amenities. Very professional staff including front desk and restaurant servers. Easy access to transportation to see the sites. I enjoyed the breakfast and ate in the Lobby Bar and the food was excellent. Nice selection for a quick bite. I felt welcomed on the property.
