Fast check-in and -out. Staff very welcome and kind both at reception and restaurant. Large and quiet room (as requested :-)), very comfy bed, large and well equipped bathroom. Reusable containers (also for water) very well appreciated. Restaurant with good choice and very tasty food. Excellent breakfast for variety of food and drink choice. To be improved - the gym room is very small and easy to be fully-used.

Nice renovated hotel. Rooms are very good. Professional staff. Ok prices. Bar good, breakfast good, diner was good, food of diner was ok, I expected a little more. Quality of the food could have been better. The wine list is great, so it would be nice to see a better match between those two (food and wine). We liked the service of the staff and the open atmosphere in the lobby, bar, play room and restaurant. Feels good. The rooms (connected, we were with family of 5) were very good. Swimming-pool open year round would be great. It was closed now. We were looking forward to a nice dip in the pool after our long drive of the day. Anyway, thanks for everything. We know where to book when we are around.

We booked a room on our mobile phone while on route to Beaune. It was difficult to find out how to enter the premises do to a gate being down. My wife had to go to reception to find out. When we checked in we found out a motorcycle club was there with 150 bikes. It was our fault for not finding this out. The bar area was jammed. The group wasn’t overly noisy just filled up the place. The dining room was available only at 7 or 9 because of the biker club. The food was bland at best( a sad experience for being in Beaune). The room was acceptable ( nothing special- a bit worn). On a positive note the breakfast was superb.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. It helps us to improve a little more every day. As far as the group of bikers is concerned, it was exceptional. They were in the bar when they arrived and from 7.00 pm onwards, they were in a private lounge to make room for our individual customers. As for the restaurant times, we invited our customers to come by at 7pm or 9pm so that they didn't have to wait long. Bringing out 180 hot dishes at the same time takes a bit of time and we didn't want to make our customers wait too long. You should know that it's not as busy every time and I invite you to come back and discover it for yourself. With pleasure ERTZ Alexane Reception Manager
